Theresia is a Hatha yoga instructor who has been practicing since 2000 and teaching since 2007. Her interest in ancient discipline took a serious turn in 2003 when a mental health counselor recommended Yoga to manage chronic anxiety. The practice worked so well Theresia was inspired to share the gift of Yoga with others. She is currently pursuing a master’s in Yoga with a focus in Yoga Therapy from Loyola Marymount University.
