Theresia is a Hatha yoga instructor who has been practicing since 2000 and teaching since 2007. Initially, Theresia turned to Yoga to alleviate old athletic injuries and anxiety. Her transformation was so profound it inspired her to become a certified yoga teacher and share the gift of Yoga with others! With over 1500 hours of yoga training and a Master's in Yoga Studies from Loyola Marymount University (with a concentration in therapeutic yoga), she works with children, adolescents, and adults of all ages. Since 2007, Theresia has worked with students, faculty, and staff of Rollins College, as well as independent groups and private clients. Her classes are always custom-tailored to those she is teaching. Theresia strives to create practices that honor and uplift clients’ abilities, aspirations, and beliefs to support the health of their bodies, minds, and spirits.
